Tv show name that had a dustbin and a raspberry as characters?

This is for my niece....she has asked if I can remember a childrens
show from the 90's that featured a dustbin and maybe a raspberry...I
could only remember Oscar in relation to a bin but its not that..I
have no idea what show she is on about so im hoping someone can
help...? She has said the characters were real people not
cartoons/animation.
