Former Saturday Night Live cast member Michaela Watkins and Californication's Eva Amurri will guest star at the end of November to cause trouble in Schmidt's (Max Greenfield) professional career. Watkins plays Gina, one of Schmidt's tough, chic and aggressive bosses while Amurri portrays Beth, Schmidt's intrusive, annoying and very competitive workplace nemesis.
